When will I receive my payments?
Payments are processed by our licensed payment partner and settled directly to your bank account. A 5% service fee is automatically deducted — we never hold or manually transfer your funds. Settlement timing depends on the payment provider's cycle.
Can fans tip without creating an account?
Yes. Fans can send tips directly through your link with no sign-up required. They just choose an amount, leave a message, and pay.
What payment methods are supported?
We support UPI, credit/debit cards, and other local payment options through our payment gateway partner. Available methods may vary by region.
I'm under 18. Can I use Arleik?
To receive payments, you must be at least 18. Creators under 18 may use the platform through a verified parent or legal guardian account, where payments are received and managed by the guardian.
How do refunds work?
